1. Eligibility for Refund:
You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
You have purchased Khotah within the last 30 days.
You have actively used Khotah for a minimum of 10 days to allow for an adequate evaluation of its benefits.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund:
Refunds will be granted in the following cases:
Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from using Khotah effectively, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you have used it for at least 10 days and can provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your refund request, our customer support team will review it and contact you 7 days to discuss your request further.
If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. No Refund in the Following Cases:
You have not actively used the product for a minimum of 10 days.
Your refund request is submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
You have violated our terms of service during your use of the product.
Changes in Personal Preferences: If your request for a refund is based on personal preferences, such as a change in your study methods or goals, it may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to Follow Study Recommendations: If you do not follow the study recommendations provided by Khotah and subsequently experience academic difficulties, this is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
